Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to accept the petitioner's claim application under Tamil Nadu Pensioners Health Fund Scheme and to reimburse Rs.1,21,922/- towards the Medical expenditure incurred for the treatment underwent by the petitioner for the term period from 01.04.2018 to 25.10.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petition was filed for medical reimbursement. However, the writ petitioner died. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a furhter submission that it is suffice if the legal heirs are given liberty to pursue the matter. Thus, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to pursue the matter before the competent authority. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
