ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) On the allegation that the Sub-Registrar Office is proposed to be constructed in Survey No.21/4, situate at Kalikappan II-Bit, Karuppayurani Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, the present writ petition, claiming to be a Public Interest Litigation, has been filed to forbear the official respondents from demolishing daily vegetable market as well as other Government buildings in the said survey number. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of the written instructions, in which, it is stated that the lands in Survey No.21/4 have not been assigned for construction of SubRegistrar Office and that the apprehension of the petitioner is misconceived. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, no orders are required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
