ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Appeal, dated 26.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer namely the second respondent herein as against the order of Tahsildar, modifying the revenue records. Though the second respondent has issued a notice to the petitioner for enquiry and the third respondent has also requested the petitioner to submit his records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.25613 of 2019 in connection with the enquiry directed by the second respondent, the petitioner states that no order has been passed by the second respondent so far on the appeal preferred by the petitioner. 3.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner on 26.02.2018, after issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 6 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
