ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent, namely, the Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to take appropriate action to taker over the administration of the subject Temple, namely Arulmigu Vennimadanthayan Sastha Thirukkovil.
2. It is noticed that the Assistant Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, 2nd respondent in the above writ petition has appointed a fit person by an order, dated 02.07.2020 in his proceedings bearing Ref.No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.769/2018/Aa1.
