2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, to dispose C.C.No. 240 of 2015, within a period of three months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
