Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is that the consideration of her petitionmentioned appeal filed before the second respondent. No exception can be taken to that request.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned appeal and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
