ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct R1 and R2 to give an adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner`s representation dated 20/9/2023.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by some other persons, a case was registered against the petitioner and the same was charge sheeted against him in CC No.14 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, which is pending. During the trial, the respondents 3 to 6 are making trouble to the petitioner. Therefore, the present representation has been filed by the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, CSR is pending for 2/4

enquiry before the second respondent Police.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid enquiry within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
