ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 308(4) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime 1/3
No.578 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner along with other accused had wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant when he was proceeding in his car after closing his shop and committed robbery, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
