ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) The brother of the detenu filed this Habeas Corpus Petition on the ground that his sister, Nithya was illegally detained by the third respondent, who took her with the promise that he will get a job for her in Pollachi.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court. She stated that she was not illegally detained by the third respondent and she, on her own volition, was living along with her child at Pollachi. She expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.
