ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 & 3.

2. The first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.16008 of 2024 for conducting survey. It was disposed of by me on 18.07.2024 with usual direction. Clause 9 of the said order clearly reads that by taking aid of the order passed by this Court, fence cannot be put up. The writ petitioner can put up fence only after getting order from the jurisdictional Civil Court. I am satisfied that the petitioner's rights have not been breached as on date. The learned Government Advocate also clarifies that no fence has been put up till date.
