Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's allegation is that the third respondent has encroached on a water body. He wants the same to be removed.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that Form-I was issued on 12.08.2025. Survey is proposed to be conducted on 12.09.2025. It is undertaken that before conducting survey, notice shall be issued to all the interested persons including the third respondent as well as the writ petitioner herein. Based on the outcome of the survey, further steps shall be taken. It is further undertaken that the entire exercise will be completed within a period of three months from the 2/4
