No.1404 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. O RDER Seeking direction to the seconds respondent to execute a warrant issued against he first respondent, this petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 proceedings, the second respondent has to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- every month as maintenance to the petitioner and her children. Total amount due is a sum of Rs.9 lakhs. Inspite of notice, the first respondent did not appear and warrant has been issued. Now he is working as professor in private engineering college.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that because of non availability of the proper address, the second respondent could not locate him.

4.Let proper address be furnished by the petitioner. So that the above said warrant can be executed by the second respondent. Let the above said process be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
