Mr.A.Kannan Additional Government Pleader (for R1 & R2) Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandiran Additional Government Pleader (for R3) COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent dated 18.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No.420/2025 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents in any manner from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner and from disconnecting the Electricity connection in respect of Shop Nos.33 and 34, Bus Stand, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.J.Parekh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandiran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is reported that the respondents are willing to give an alternative site to the petitioners. Upon allotment of alternative site, the petitioners shall vacate and shift to the new premises within six weeks. Till then, no coercive or adverse steps shall be initiated against the petitioners. Once the new site is made available, if the petitioners make an application in this regard, the same shall be considered favourably, if their applications are otherwise in order.

4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 03.09.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Rmk To
