ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 01.09.2002 in W.P(MD)No.21151 of 2014. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of the Court that instructions have been given to the Treasury Department to deposit a sum of Rs.5,43,844/- to the account of L.A.O.P.No.8 of 2002 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur. On such deposit the petitioner shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount. 3.In view of the above said compliance, this Contempt petition stands closed.
