ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate would submit that he has instruction to state that the enquiry is likely to be commenced.

2. In view of the above submission, the relief claimed by the petitioner is being addressed. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Office, Tenkasi, who is the authority competent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2024 and 25.09.2024 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that till the orders are passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi, the status quo as on date shall be maintained. No costs.
