ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.419 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in PRC No.335 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
