vide proceedings in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po/E and Pe/Kovilur/Va.Aa/Ko.MMC/A.No:84/2024 dated 25.07.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide free electricity connection to petitioner's agricultural land property situated in Survey No.1441/2, R.Kombai Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the Petitioner Registration No.EEND 76/97-98 dated 02.06.1997 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 25.07.2024 and consequently direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to provide free electricity connection to the petitioner's agricultural land.

2. The petitioner's request was turned down by the impugned order, dated 25.07.2024 since he had not produced the requisite documents within a period of 30 days from 02.11.2010 vide letter dated 02.11.2010

calling upon the petitioner to produce certain documents within a period of 30 days. The 30 days period ended on 01.12.2010. However, the petitioner has produced the documents to show he has purchased 5HP motor and Capacitor by producing cash bill, dated 11.12.2010.

3. The request of the petitioner for grant of electricity connection and the power line shall be considered afresh by following the rules as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
