Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the petitioner's wife namely Vennila aged 26 years or her body before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This petition was filed by the husband of the detenue on the ground that his wife, Vennila has been illegally detained by the third respondent and she went missing from 28.10.2022.

2. The detenue was present before this Court along with the children. she stated that there was some misunderstanding between her and the petitioner and hence, she decided to live with her sister. The detenue made it very clear that she has not been illegally detained by the third respondent, who is her relative and that she, on her own volition, is staying along with her sister.

3. Recording the statement of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
