PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 herein to pass appropriate orders on the proposal submitted by the sixth respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.283/2019-2020, dated 23.01.2020 and to regularize the service of writ petitioner in time scale of pay in the light of G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a part time Vocational Teacher seeking a mandamus directing the authorities to regularize her service in time scale of pay in the light of G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007.

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers indicates that the Headmaster/ sixth respondent has forwarded the particulars of the writ petitioner to the fourth respondent herein by way of proceedings, dated 23.01.2020.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the fourth respondent has already forwarded the same to the third respondent. However, no records have been placed before this Court to the effect that the papers are pending before the third respondent.

4. In view of the above said facts, the fourth respondent is directed to forward the papers to the third respondent herein within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the third respondent is directed to consider the said request of the petitioner for regularization in the light of G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
