ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A156, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID (F&E) Act, 1997 @ 406, 420, 120B of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID (F&E) Act, 1997 and Sections 3,4,5,21(1)(2)(3),22,23 and 25 of Buds Act 2019, in Crime No.03 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen that the accused has since been arrested. Recording the same, this petition stands dismissed.
