O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, against the petitioner herein.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.N.Juliet Latha, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner expired on 11.11.2023. She has also produced the petitioner's death certificate to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
