This petition is filed seeking transfer of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1000 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Family Court at Madurai to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar. The said petition was filed by the respondent herein for dissolution of marriage.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.1000 of 2019 now pending on the file of the Family Court at Madurai, is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar, for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
