ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 493 and 417 IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 1/3

and the defacto complainant are friends and the petitioner has also helped her by giving money and Laptop for studying. Thereafter, when the petitioner asked the defacto complainant to return the laptop, she had given a false complaint against him and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.547 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

4. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the investigation of the case is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
