ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner during the period of suspension from 27.12.2022 to 07.03.2025 based upon the petitioners representation dated 05.12.2024 and 17.12.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that as per the direction of this Court, third respondent has disbursed the petitioner's salary to his account and has also produced the proof to that effect.

3. The learned cousnel for the petitioner would submit that the payment has not been received by the petitioner's in his account.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if he has not received the payment in his account. No Costs.
