PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to revoke the suspension of petitioner from service by considering the representation dated 19.09.2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Court. ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Technical Assistant working in the respondent corporation, seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to 1/4

revoke the order of suspension by considering his representation dated 19.09.2024.

2.It could be seen from the typed set of papers that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 30.09.2023, pursuant to his quest in a trap case. The petitioner has given a representation on 19.09.2024 through registered post to the respondent herein seeking to revocation of suspension order. 3.Considering the above said facts, without going into the merits of the prayer in the writ petition, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
