2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent, though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.744 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Sub-Judge, Poonamalle to the Family Court, Tirunelveli for final disposal. The learned Sub-Judge, Poonamalle is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli forthwith. The Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.744 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
