2. Contempt as alleged by the petitioner may not have arisen as on date. The encroacher had been visited with an eviction order. Aggrieved by the same, the alleged encroacher has filed an appeal before the Commissioner of Land Administration on 01.04.2025. The 2/4

3 CONT.P.(MD)NO.2403 OF 2024 Commissioner of Land Administration is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
