RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) no. 17293/2024 dt. 09.10.2024 (b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.MAHAMED HUSSAIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for a period of one week daily at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11464 of 2024 10.30 am and thereafter, twice a week i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday for a period of three weeks.

3.This petition is ordered accordingly.
