Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control ) Act, aginst the Fair and Decreetal order of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Subordinate Judge) Pudukkottai passed in R.C.A No.5 of 2015 dated 12.01.2018, confirming the Fair and Decretal order of the Rent Controller-cum-District Munsif, Pudukkottai, passed in RCOP No.6 of 2012 dated 18.03.2015.

ORDER: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the record in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Rameshkumar , Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Sheik Abdullah, Advocate for the Respondent, while disposing of the Civil Revisions Petition this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1) That the Petitioner to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the landlord on or before 25th May 2023;

2) That the Petitioner shall pay the rent to the landlord till the date of Vacating the premises without any default; and

3) that there be no costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
