takes notice for the respondents.

2.Challenge is to the order made under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

3.The said order is specifically made appealable under Section 10 of the said Enactment. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner files an Appeal within a period of 15 days from today, the District Collector namely appellate authority, will entertain the same, de hors the question of limitation. The petitioner may also seek an interim order under Section 10B of the Act, the District Collector will consider the same and disposed it of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
