Confdl. No.93/2019 dt. 11.11.2019 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenue namely SELVAKUMAR S/O MANI NADAR AGED 44 YEARS who is now detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 02/01/2020 to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
