PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Indian Constitution, to direct the Learned Additional Sub-Judge, Dindigul to dispose the above E.P. No.232 of 2007 in O.S.No.380 of 1999, as expeditiously as possible within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the plaintiff in the suit seeking speedy disposal in E.P.No.232 of 2007 in O.S.No.380 of 1999 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Dindigul.

2. The plaintiff in the suit is the revision petitioner herein, the defendants in the suit are the respondents herein. For the sake of convenience, the parties shall be referred to as plaintiff and defendants as per the ranking in the suit.

3. The plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.380 of 1999 to recover money and the same was allowed. Based on the decree, the plaintiff had filed E.P. No.232 of 2007 in O.S.No.380 of 1999 and the said EP is pending from the year 2007. Hence, the plaintiff seeks speedy disposal of the EP.

4. Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant speedy disposal. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. If any EA is pending, the Learned Additional Sub-Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose the same, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the E.P. No.232 of 2007 in O.S.No.380 of 1999 and dispose the same, within a period of One year, thereafter. No Costs. 28.10.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes KSA 3/5
