Prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12543 of 2023:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 if Cr.P.C., to direct the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST Act Cases, Theni, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in Crime No.179 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police station. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Abdul Kabur, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. M. Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12543 of 2023, dated 12.07.2023.
