Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to forthwith restore the petitioner above Bank Account No.052101000023677 and Customary I.D.No.38415409 and permit the petitioner to operate the said account by way of withdraw and deposit of amounts as usual on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2019, within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to forthwith restore the petitioner's above Bank Account No.052101000023677 and Customary I.D.No.38415409 and permit her to operate the said account by way of withdrawal and deposit of amounts as usual on the basis of her representation dated 13.11.2019, within a stipulated time.

3. With the consent of both parties, the matter may be referred to banking Ombudsman. The petitioner may file her complaint or grievance before the banking Ombudsman, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
