This Petition had been filed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2799 of 2020, dated 24.09.2020 on the file of the second Respondent Police and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.2799 of 2020 on the file of the second Respondent Police had been completed. Further, the final report had also been filed before the Court concerned.
