O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.5221 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli dated 14.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been complied with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.5095 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 of 2019 that the petitioner/Accused should appear and sign before the respondent police station (Inspector of Police, Musiri, AWPS) daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days. But, the petitioner has complied with the condition only for a period of three days for the reason that he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17840 of 2019 is not in a position to travel 186 kilometre due to his ill health. Therefore, he filed a modification petition in Cr.M.P.No.5221 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, and the Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, modified the condition that the petitioner should appear before the Thiruverumbur police station daily at 10.00 a.m for the remaining period. Again, the petitioner is not in a position to travel 100 kilometre for the very same reason. Hence, he has not complied with the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge. Therefore, he approached this Court for modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no objection to modify the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.5221 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, dated 14.11.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
