ORDER

This Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to file the final report in Crime No.120 of 2022, dated 12.05.2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.120 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent had been completed and the complaint had been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.
