ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in connection with Crime No.748/2021 dt.7/10/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the file report was filed before the concerned Court in PRC.No.32 of 2023 and the case was posted for hearing on 06.11.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the out come of the enquiry, he may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
