The Panchayat President Paraipatti Vaadipatti Taluk ....Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Auction Notice issued by the 4th and 5th respondents herein dated 30.09.2023 and set aside the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to forbear from cutting down the one tamarind tree situated in S.No.84/1 of Paraipatti Village, Madurai District by receiving annual taxes for the 2C patta on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023.
