ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1025 of 2023, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation has been completed by the first respondent police and final report was made ready on 01.09.2023. The first respondent will be directed file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli immediately. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial Court is directed to process the final report as per rules. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
