O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the daughter of a deceased employee seeking a Mandamus to consider the request for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner's father was working as a Gang Mazdoor in the State Highways Department and he passed away on 23.09.2022, while he was in service. The petitioner has given a representation to the concerned authorities on 29.12.2023 seeking compassionate appointment.

3. By way of proceedings dated 02.01.2024, the second respondent had directed the petitioner to furnish all the relevant documents, so that it could be forwarded to the first respondent. So far, the documents have not been furnished by the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the documents to the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of all the relevant records, the second respondent is directed to forward the papers to the first respondent who in turn, shall pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
