PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.359 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as far as against this petitioner's concern. O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.359 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent police has completed the investigation. He further submitted that the final report is made ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a short time. 3.Since the final report is made ready, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
