ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed toction 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in connection with the Spl. S.C. No. 32 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Thoothukudi and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial already been commenced and also examined P.W.1 & P.W.2. The petitioner and the defacto complainant entered into compromise and they also compromised their issues.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the prosecution has already been examined P.W.1 and P.W.2, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17744 of 2019 inclined to quash the proceedings in Spl. S.C. No. 32 of 2017 on the file of the Mahila Court, Thoothukudi. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
