The petitioner, with a grievance that his application for transfer from Panchayat Union Middle School at K.Rasapatti, Kadavoor Block to Panchayat Union Middle School, Rayanoor, Thanthoni Block has not been considered by the respondents has approached this Court in the year 2019.
2.Today(15.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the request of this petitioner for transfer has already been considered, he has participated in the counseling of the year 2021-2022 and he has also been transferred as requested by him.
