Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the Karikudi South Police Station to the second respondent police or to the some other competent police officer and file the final report by including all the accused persons. 2.There is a dispute between the father-in-law and son-in-law. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. The allegations made by the petitioner is base less.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation will be completed as early as possible and the final report will be filed within a period of three months. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the third respondent to 2/4

complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned trial Court within a period of three months.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
