O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.381/2023 dated 13.09.2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, on 13.09.2023, but not taken on file.

3. Heard both sides.

4. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the final report. The trial Court is directed to process the final report within the time stipulated by the Rules.

5. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
