O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent on 14.10.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration before the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law by affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
