ORDER

This writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 to make any charges in the property tax and any other impediment to be made by the respondents 4 to 8, till the disposal of the petitioner's representations dated 28.01.2019 and 24.07.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.25372 of 2019 2.Though the petitioner has approached this Court seeking the aforesaid relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would restrict his relief only with respect to dispose of the representations dated 28.01.2019 and 24.07.2019, pending with the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Considering the limited prayer to dispose of the representations, a direction is given to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representations dated 28.01.2019 and 24.07.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
