2.The writ prayer is for issuance of tender schedule. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the tender process itself has been cancelled. As and when, any fresh notification is issued, the petitioner will be informed through e-mail so that the petitioner can approach the respondents for obtaining tender schedule.
