PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to place the petitioner in his original retirement seniority i.e., on 30.06.2022 and to disburse all the retirement benefits that is admissible to the petitioner in light of the order passed by the Court in WP.(MD)No.16547 of 2022 dated 22.12.2023 and the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 5111/E4(1)/2020 dated 27.03.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court, and pass such further or other orders as this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Grade III Supervisor(Leather) working in the Khadi & Village Industries Board, seeking a mandamus to place the petitioner in his original retirement seniority list and disburse all his terminal benefits within a time frame. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though he had attained superannuation on 30.06.2022, his terminal benefits have not yet been released. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that as on today there is no departmental proceedings as against the writ petitioner, the respondents herein are directed to disburse the eligible terminal benefits of the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
